Love is in the air, as the October Horoscopes 2016 theme focuses more strongly than usual on relationships and fair play. Venus always calls the shots in October, but this year she is aided and abetted by King of the Gods, Jupiter, hanging out with her in her sign of Libra. They want to see a more level playing field in the world, where the spoils are more evenly divided and everyone is treated more fairly.
