If one trait summarized this star sign’s spirit it would be adventurous!
That said, though the Aquarius sign corresponds to the element of Air, it’s symbol is that of a Water Bearer; one who is knelt down, humbly offering water as an act of modest service to humanity. In this, Aquarius is often thought of as a ‘forgotten’ or ‘lost’ Water Sign.
Nonetheless, your little “water bearer is a soul who craves freedom and adrenaline rushes. Coloring will hold their attention for only so long, after which they need a variety of other activities to keep them busy.

Congratulations! If on time your baby will be an Aquarius so my best advice is to know that he/she will challenge your authority on a regular basis. And, as we all know, Leo’s are the kings of their jungles and do not like the royal children to disobey them. LOL But, your little one will always be going on adventures and just can’t wait to be king. 😉

Hi..I know I’m super late…I have boy girl twins born on Feb 17 and let me tell you..they both have dominating triats. My son has now over thrown his sister in dominating I.e. temper tantrums…not wanting to share….yet can be very lovable and affectionate as well. I’m a Sagittarius mom. All I can say is enjoy…these kids can go either way and sit seem to like authority much. Hellllppp! They are almost one now.
I am Scorpio; my husband is a Capricorn. My oldest son is a Sagittarius and my youngest son is an Aquarius. A slice of all the elements. I am trying to bridge better communication with my Aquarius and I am reading the cues but it’s challenging. I find that my Aquarius son has trouble communicating his thoughts and will often shutdown mentally and physically (crossed arms, in a ball) when we talk with him about behavior or if he is upset. So, I am searching for the feeling words to tell me what’s wrong. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. He definitely has a stubborn streak and independent (particularly between he and his brother) but likes the closeness of family and 1:1 time. Just working with him on communicating thoughts better.

As for your son, it might help to remember that Aquarians are a mix of water and air. The combination warm water (deep emotions) and “stubborn” winds (air that won’t move/logic) is what makes a hurricane! So, within your son rages a storm. When he’s told that he is “wrong” the water element in him likely feels very embarrassed and hurt. However, the air element tries to get him to be logical, less emotional. It’s a tough push/pull situation for anyone but especially a child.
Sounds like you’re doing a great job so hang in there! Most Aquarius children eventually grow out of their stubbornness. Logic takes over and cooler heads prevail!

Based solely on zodiac signs I can offer this;

OK so with a Sagittarius mom and an Aquarius child, you two will still be great adventurers together! However, it can sometimes be challenging for Sagittarius moms to set boundaries so it can really help your little dreamer if you help her learn how to dream big dreams but do big things to achieve those dreams. Gee. That’s really wordy! LOL Bottom line is Aquarius children are the dreamers of dreams but they can become disillusioned if they don’t see dreams come true. Help her bridge the gap between dreaming and doing and all will well!

An Aquarius mom with an Aquarius son – great adventures and the Clash of the Titans all in one household! I do not envy you. LOL Maybe find some altruistic work you two can get involved in together – helping build Habitat for Humanity homes, volunteering at local animal shelters, etc. All the good energy stuff should start to outweigh the locking of horns and butting of heads that’s going on.

My son is quite in charge which I could assume he has to be being the only boy in my home. I have an oldest daughter whom is a Sgaittarius like me…A middle child whom is a Virgo and now the twins. Wow. That’s quite the mix of Zodiac Signs. LOL I’m unclear what you mean by “What direction should I go with this household?” but what I can say is that Sagittarians sometimes can lack perspective. And, for a Sagittarius, that a big family to be responsible for because Sagittarius loves freedom and spontaneity. So, when the twins begin their temper tantrums, take a step back and ask yourself is it really that bad or are you a bit sensitive because you’d rather be at a party? 😉

My Aquarius daughter is 8. I have seen some of the things in this article for sure. When the other 3 children are arguing most of the time she just sits and listens, refusing to get involved. My question however is more about time management.
