March Horoscope 2017 – Overview
Feeling a bit other worldly? There’s a good reason why this should be so, as March begins in the aftermath of a “Pisces Pile Up” at the Solar Eclipse/New Moon on February 27, followed by several stints of days at a time with no stabilizing fixed energy!
As if this wasn’t enough, the dilemma going on between your freedom and authenticity (being free to be who you really are), and the responsibilities you feel towards keeping your significant others happy (balancing partnerships and relationships) starts to rev up again.
Jupiter is moving back towards another exact opposition to Uranus in the sky, strongest again on March 3.
This time the Uranian end of their piece of elastic is being emphasized with help from Mars in Aries and Eris the Goddess of Discord and Strife! Everyone is feeling the urge to fight, especially if anyone tries to stand in the way of their achieving what they have their mind set on. So watch out for relationship conflicts!
Venus is too impulsive in Aries, it’s her least favorite sign! So it isn’t an ideal time to begin a relationship. It may start off pretty hot and strong, but could be over just as quickly. The energy will be better for a steadier approach for union after March 10, when Venus has turned more inward and Mars is in Taurus, one of Venus’ signs of rulership. With Venus and Mars in each other’s natural signs, they are able to understand each other’s point of view more easily and relationships can stop spinning their wheels and progress at a steadier rate.
Venus stations retrograde on March 4 and appears to move backwards for 40 days until April 14 – a time where you are likely to re-evaluate the way you approach love and relationships. You’ll also be taking a critical look at what you value in life, especially how much you value yourself.
