July Horoscope 2017 – Overview
The first few weeks of July could be likened to the calm before the storm. This continues right up until the first New Moon in Leo takes place on July 23. Yes! We have two New Moons in Leo during 2017!
This astrological event is much more significant than the so called “Blue Moon” (when there are two Full Moons in a calendar month). The calendar month being a construct made by man not a cycle of nature.
These Leo New Moons are made even more important due to the Aquarius Full Moon and Leo New Moon in August both being Eclipses. This brings an energy which lasts beyond the monthly Lunar cycle and continues into the months until the next eclipse season in January/February 2018.
The polarity of Leo-Aquarius brought into play by the change of sign of the Lunar Nodes in May will impact the sign of eclipses through to the end of 2018. So, the emphasis is on personal creativity and self-expression versus what is considered good for the group, tribe, community, culture. How you shine and your creative efforts are approved of by the community at large.
